OÜ Tumar Kate was founded at the beginning of 2004. The idea to establish the company was supported by the professional education and qualification of the board members in the field of construction, as well as their long-term experience in the industry. The years have proven that our choice was.

The core business of the company is building and repairing of various flat and gabled roofs. Furthermore, at the request of our customers we are also qualified to perform other building works, such as construction and repair of balconies, façade works, various waterproofing works, and minor repairs of roofs and façades.  The construction materials we use are generally accepted in Estonia for such purpose, and – being confident about the quality of our services – we give our work at least a 2 years warranty.

We provide our services all across Estonia, from Tallinn to Võru. Most of the work, however, is connected with projects in Tallinn and the Harju county. We co-operate with major construction companies, such as Astlanda Ehitus, Merko Ehitus, NCC Ehitus, Nordecon, Fund Ehitus, etc. Furthermore, we have participated in various projects in Sweden and Finland.

Our first priority is to offer our customer high-quality and professional services. This way we hope to further strengthen our position on the Estonian market and find opportunities for exporting our services to regions beyond Estonia.
